Artist statment

Soy ilustrador, diseñador gráfico y observador de todo lo que me rodea. 

En mi trabajo y en la hora de ilustrar me gusta jugar con el esencial de las formas, y el indispensable del color, el uso de las texturas y la combinación de estas con las técnicas más tradicionales a través del collage y retoque digital, creando con esto un lenguaje propio. Busco transmitir calma y simplicidad, creando imágenes que lleven a la reflexión, dentro de un mundo vivo que pueda llegar a conectar con las personas.

I am an illustrator, graphic designer and observer of everything around me. 

In my work and when illustrating I like to play with the essential of shapes, and the indispensable of color, the use of textures and the combination of these with more traditional techniques through collage and digital retouching, creating with this a language of my own. I seek to convey calm and simplicity, creating images that lead to reflection, within a living world that can connect with people.
